Shanika served over ten years in the United States Army, marking the beginning of her career as a Contract Specialist/Administrator. In this role, she was responsible for the procurement and distribution of goods and services for millions of service men and women. She was also influential in helping her company save $60 million dollars by implementing a strategic cancellation of funds initiative.

Shanika was able to leverage her operations management skills and knowledge of systems administration to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she supports Real Estate professionals in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to reduce processing delays and contractual discrepancies. Her efforts result in increased operational efficiency and more seamless
